Conferences
Apart from 39 rooms which can host up to 56 persons (plus extra portable beds) University Hotel** offers two conference rooms. The big conference room is furnished with individual desks that can be arranged according to the event needs. In the smaller conference room there is a big oval table that can sit 30 persons and is perfect for banquet dinners and consultation meetings.
Both conference rooms are equipped with:
- sound system
- free Wi-Fi Internet access
- screen and projector
- ekran
- white board and flipchart
The rooms have access to daylight and are fitted with blackout blinds.
Gastronomy:
It is possible to arrange coffee breaks, lunch, or fancy dinner party with a caterer company that provides hotel breakfast.
If you need a relaxing break after a long day at a conference:
University Sports Centre– 10 minutes walk
Indoor tennis courts– 10 minutes walk
UNESCO Heritage gothic city centre– 25 minutes walk
or just stay in the Hotel and use our beautiful patio and garden to enjoy peace and quiet.
There is no air conditioning in the Hotel.
